A great invention that has led to easy access to information – and misinformation. Unfortunately, the latter has spread faster than the first, meaning that TV is delivering mostly wrong images, both literally and metaphorically, which by large aren’t telling you what is happening in the world, but more of a story that is being told, using the world as the scenery. Technically, though, the concept is a magnificent engineering achievement.
