Stress is a natural thing for humans, like for most other animals: a condition where we are extra alert, because something dangerous is around, or something else needs our maximized attention. But in our modern society, we have made stress a permanent condition – we all need to be alert all the time, in order to maximize our output at the workplace and in the rest of our life. And that is extremely unhealthy. We are not made for this. This category is for both the natural and the bad kind of stress.
